Digital transformation succeeds only when people do.
EXPERIENCE

Strategy and technology are rarely the problem.
Karolin is an enterprise digital transformation, learning and change executive who spent over two decades inside large-scale organizations driving complex transformation and adoption strategies.
Her background spans Disney, Warner Bros, Microsoft, NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Capgemini, AT&T, and others — most recently as Director of Enterprise Learning and Director of HR Information Systems at NASA JPL. Across every one of those roles, she kept seeing the same pattern play out from different angles.
Sometimes the strategy or technology wasn’t the right fit to begin with — a solution chosen before the real need was ever diagnosed. Other times the strategy was sound, but leadership, operations, and people were never actually aligned around it. Either way, the result looks the same from the outside: an initiative that launches but doesn’t land.
That’s the work she does now. Karolin partners with executive leaders to pinpoint where change is genuinely needed, understand why certain efforts stall or adoption is failing, close the gap between strategy, technology, and the people expected to carry it out, and lead implementations to measurable business results, not just completed rollouts.
She’s Prosci certified in change management, holds an MBA, and leads with a design-thinking, systems-level approach grounded in how people actually make decisions and adopt change.
